What is Cranial Osteopathy?
Long lasting damage from car accidents, falls, sport injuries and emotional traumas such as bereavements, are common examples where the body has had to absorb considerable stress but has never fully healed. A Cranial Osteopath can intervene and encourage the healing process by releasing tensions.
What to expect from treatment
All Cranial Osteopathy is carried out by our team of experienced and fully trained Osteopaths. Your practitioner will carry out an initial diagnosis that lasts for up to 45 minutes. This includes a physical examination and taking a detailed case history to determine the cause of the complaint and where the key imbalance lies. Once this is completed, the Osteopath will develop a tailored treatment programme to address the symptoms and specific needs of the patient. Subsequent treatments will last for up to 45 minutes.
