What is Naturopathy?
1. Employ methods of healing which work with the body’s own healing mechanisms.
2. Avoid working against these mechanisms and using treatments that suppress the symptoms.
3. Good emotional, physical and spiritual health which is founded on a balanced lifestyle and effective Acupuncture and Osteopathy treatments.
Naturopathy is a holistic approach to healthcare that sees the patient as an individual and focuses on how the patient can improve their life. In this sense it is both therapeutic and preventative. Our Naturopaths use nutritional and diet advice, physical therapy (such as Osteopathy and massage) and lifestyle advice to encourage healing and redress the imbalances that can lead to emotional and physical illness.
What does treatment involve?
Whatever your reason for coming to Blossom Health, our practitioners will look at what changes can be made to improve your general health and support your Acupuncture of Osteopathy treatment. The practitioner will want to know about your lifestyle, how you feel physically and emotionally day to day, what symptoms you have and what you feel needs to change. This information establishes where the imbalance lies and what needs to be added to your Acupuncture or Osteopathy treatment to achieve the best results.
